Reset password

• You can reset your password using the “Forgot password?” link and a reset email sent to your inbox.
•  Steps to reset your password
• Go to the Login / Sign in page of the Mehta Perfumes E‑COMM website.
• Click “Forgot password?” below the login fields.
• Enter the email address you used to register your account and click Reset password / Send reset link.
• Check your email inbox (and Spam / Junk / Promotions folders) for the password reset email, then open it.
• Click the Reset password button or link in that email.
• On the page that opens, enter your new password, confirm it, and click Save / Reset password.
• After seeing a confirmation message, go back to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Place an order

• A: Go to the “Orders” tab, select the product, enter the quantity, and click “Submit.” You’ll receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
• Q: How do I download an invoice?
• A: You can download your invoice from your My Account → Orders area after placing an order.
• Steps to download an invoice
• Log in to your Mehta Perfumes E‑Comm account.
• Go to My Account and click on My Orders / Orders.
• Find the order you need the invoice for and click View / Details.
• Look for a button or link such as Download Invoice, Invoice (PDF), or Print Invoice and click it.
• The invoice will open as a PDF which you can save or print from your browser.
• Q: What documents are required for shipment?
• A: For Mehta Perfumes E‑Comm, customers usually only need basic order and delivery details; the formal export/shipping documents are handled by your business.
• For regular customers (within India)

• Customers don’t need to upload documents; they just provide:

  • Correct name and delivery address
  • PIN code, mobile number, and email for updates and invoice

All commercial documents (invoice, packing list, shipping label, etc.) are generated by your system/logistics partner.

For international / export shipments

• Commercial Invoice showing buyer, seller, HS code, value, currency, and Incoterms.
• Packing List (items, quantities, weights, carton details).
• Shipping Bill / Bill of Export for Indian Customs clearance.
• Bill of Lading / Air Waybill from the carrier.
• Certificate of Origin if required by destination or for duty benefits.
• Insurance Certificate if cargo is insured.​
• For perfumes: any dangerous goods / hazmat documentation and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) as required by the carrier (due to alcohol content and flammability)

Explore categories (men, women, unisex, combos, offers) or use search to find a fragrance.

Open a product page to see notes, size, price, and reviews, then click Add to Cart for selected items.

Review cart

Go to the Cart page, check quantities and prices, apply any coupon code if available, and remove or update items as needed.​

Enter delivery details

Click Proceed to Checkout, then fill in name, address, PIN code, and contact number, and select the delivery option shown for your area.​

Payment methods

• We can accept the main online payment types that Indian customers expect: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and optionally COD.
• Typical payment methods to list
• UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) for instant payments.
• Debit & credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and others as supported by your gateway.
• Net banking – payments directly from major Indian banks.
• Digital wallets – Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, etc., if enabled in your payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – if you choose to offer it, usually with order value limits and a small fee

Choose payment and place order

Select a payment method (for example: UPI, card, wallet, COD if you support it).

Confirm the order on the Order Review page and click Place Order / Confirm.

Order confirmation and tracking

You’ll see an order confirmation page and receive SMS/email/WhatsApp with the order ID.

Use the My Orders section or tracking link to follow shipment status until delivery.

Packaging offer

• Standard packaging

  • Primary bottle: Fragrance packed in secure glass bottles in common sizes like mini (5–15 ml), standard (30–100 ml), and larger gift sizes, designed to protect the perfume and preserve fragrance quality.
  • Individual carton / box: Each bottle comes in a printed perfume box/carton that protects the bottle during transport and carries branding and product details.

Gift and combo options

• • Gift boxes / rigid boxes: For selected products or combos, perfumes may be packed in rigid or magnetic‑closure gift boxes for a more premium unboxing, suitable for gifting.
  • Combo / set packaging: Where offered, sets (for example, perfume + deo, multiple mini bottles) come in specially designed set boxes that hold each item securely.

Shipping protection

• All orders are shipped in corrugated shipping boxes with internal protection (inserts/fillers) so the perfume carton and bottle are cushioned in transit, which is especially important for glass bottles in e‑commerce
